This policy governs SMS notifications sent to internal sales representatives as part of our AI chat assistant platform. Messages are sent exclusively to company employees who have been designated to receive sales inquiry notifications.
When a website visitor requests to speak with a sales representative through our chat assistant, an SMS notification is sent to designated sales team members. The message includes:
Only internal sales representatives whose phone numbers have been configured by a company administrator will receive SMS messages. No external consumers or end-users receive SMS messages.
Sales representatives are enrolled by company administrators as part of their role responsibilities. By having their phone number added to the system, representatives consent to receiving sales inquiry notifications via SMS.
Sales representatives can opt out at any time by contacting their system administrator to have their phone number removed from the notification list.

Message logs are retained for 90 days for operational purposes and then deleted. Sales representative phone numbers are retained in the system configuration until removed by an administrator.
